What is Tam-an BMBC?

TAM-AN BMPC is a multipurpose cooperative duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority. Our Head Office is strategically located in Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. The cooperative was founded in 1991 by Mr. Jose D. Tomas Sr. 

Tam-an BMPC has 75 credit branches strategically located across 13 provinces including Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Isabela, Quirino, Benguet, La Union, Aurora, La Union, Cagayan, Kalinga and Pangasinan as well as in four regions: Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and CAR. Tam-an BMPC Lagawe Branch is one of the 75 existing credit branches of Tam-an BMPC. It was opened on December 9, 2019. 

The cooperative is also engaged in the successful management of 19 allied businesses such as the Tam-an Mt. Resort and Hotel, equipped with its own café and restaurant and a world-class Olympic pool; Tam-an Events Place and Hotel in Diffun, Quirino; Tam-an Agritech Tourism and Training Center, a technical and vocational school; three (3) agricultural supply outlets; eight (9) gasoline stations; a construction supply business; and commercial stalls, 1 Legacy Savers, 1 Coop Assurance Center and 1 Foundation. 

As we continue to grow and evolve, our mission to serve our loyal and supportive members remains steadfast. With our continuous expansion, we are taking a major step towards reaching even more communities and spreading our passion to build a better future with our dearest members. 

 Community hours on the official Facebook page of Tam-an BMPC is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mondays through Saturdays, except holidays. Messages received beyond 5pm will be handled on the next business day. What is Regular Savings?

    1. Regular Savings Deposit

      • Earns 2% interest per annum

      • Minimum deposit: ₱1,000 to gain interest

      • Withdrawable anytime

    2. Pangarap Savings

      • Earns 4% interest per annum

      • Minimum deposit: ₱1,000

      • Withdrawable after one year

    3. Time Deposit

      • Earns higher interest rates

      • Minimum deposit: ₱100,000

    Terms: 5–8 months or 9–12 months
    Time Deposit is up to 5% interest rate.

Ano ang Requirements para maging Member?

Ang pagiging miyembro ng Tam-an BMPC ay may maraming benepisyo na siguradong makakatulong sa iyong financial at personal na buhay. Kasama sa mga pangunahing benepisyo ang lifetime coverage para sa hospitalization, accident-related hospitalization, at accident death—na malaking tulong lalo na sa panahon ng pangangailangan. Bukod dito, may access ka rin sa iba’t ibang financial services tulad ng regular savings, Pangarap savings, time deposits, loans, at share capital investments. Hindi lang ito tungkol sa pera—bilang miyembro, bahagi ka rin ng “damayan” system ng kooperatiba, kung saan may tulungan at malasakit sa isa’t isa ang mga miyembro. Kapag ikaw ay regular member, may karapatan kang bumoto at gamitin ang lahat ng serbisyo ng kooperatiba, habang ang associate member naman ay may chance ma-upgrade sa regular status sa tamang panahon. Sa kabuuan, layunin ng Tam-an BMPC na protektahan ang iyong kinabukasan habang pinalalakas ang iyong kaalaman sa paghawak ng pera at pakikilahok sa community development.

What are your Loan Products?

REGULAR LOAN

  • A regular member who has reached the share capital of Php 5,000.00 may avail this kind of loan.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6C’s of credit and family accountability.

BUSINESS LOAN

  • This type of Loan is for members engaged in small, medium, and large businesses and needs additional capital for the continuous growth of the businesses.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6C’s of credit and family accountability.

EMERGENCY LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended for emergency purposes like deaths, sickness, wedding and any unforeseen events.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6C’s of credit and family accountability.
  • No co-makers needed if 100% secured.

MARKET VENDORS LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended for market vendor members
  • The business must be at least 1 year in operation
  • The member must be a permanent resident
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6C’s of credit and family accountability.

VEHICLE LOAN

  • The collateral must be in good running condition
  • The vehicle  must be subject to chattel mortgage and the same shall not be sold, transferred, donated or disposed while the loan is still outstanding.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6C’s of credit and family accountability.

HOUSING LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended to buy a property for residential house, build a new house, renovate or for improvement, and house furniture.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6 C’s of credit and family accountability.
 

AGRICULTURAL LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended to be used as an additional working capital for poultry, farming or agri-based industries.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6 C’s of credit and family accountability.

PANGMATATAG NA NEGOSYO LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended to be used as an additional working capital for poultry, farming or agri-based industries.
  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6 C’s of credit and family accountability.

PONDO SA PAGBABAGO AT AP AASENSO (P3 LOAN)

  • This type of loan is intended for members to have additional capital to cope up and start a new after the economic crisis brought upon by the pandemic and natural calamities.

  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6 C’s of credit and family accountability.

WALANG IIWANAN LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended to be used as an additional working capital for regular members with a deposit history in the cooperative of at least 3 years and must have patronized the cooperative for at least 1 year.

BAYANIHAN LOAN

  • This type of loan is intended to be used as an additional working capital by the farmer-member of which their agricultural land is registered with RSBSA. This is for regular members of the cooperative with at least 3 months’ membership with the cooperative and have patronized the business of the cooperative within the same time period.

  • The loan shall be approved based on the 6 C’s of credit and family accountability.

What are the Requirements to Avail Loan Products?

A. For Microfinance

  1. 4pcs 2×2 I’d pictures (Husband and Wife)
  2. Photocopies of 2 Valid IDs ( Husband and Wife)
  3. Barangay Clearance 
  4. Birth certificate
  5. Marriage Certificate (if married)
  6. Business Registration
  7. Pay Ci/bi fee

B. Vehicle as Collateral

  1. 2 pcs. 2×2 ID pictures each (husband and wife)
  2. Photocopies of at least 2 valid ID’s each (husband and wife)
  3. Sketch of permanent address
  4. Original Certificate of Registration (C.R)
  5. Original Official Receipt-latest
  6. Picture of collateral
  7. Stencil of motor no. and chassis no.
  8. Business permits (if with registered business)
  9. CI/BI Fee

C. Real Estate as Collateral

  1. 2 pcs (2×2) ID pictures each (husband and wife)
