Tam-an Tomas Damayan is the brainchild of its founder, Mr. Jose D. Tomas, Sr. founded in November  19, 2018.

Tam-an Tomas Damayan Foundation is the social service arm of the Tam-an BMPC for Health and Medical services, dedicated to improving the lives of community members through a comprehensive range of services. With the tagline “SERVING THE PEOPLE FOR A BETTER FUTURE” the foundation embodies its commitment to fostering a supportive environment where individuals and families can thrive.

On December 7, 2020, it was registered as Tam-an Tomas Damayan Foundation Inc. with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with its new office located at Busilac, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
