  • Initial subscription of share capital is P100 for Associate members. Minimum share capital of P5,000 qualifies for a Regular membership
  • A regular member with at least P5,000 share capital shall be qualified for the benefits of a Regular Member which include Hospitalization Benefits and Damayan Benefit
